We had the good fortune of connecting with Logan Lockhart and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Logan, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Over time, my approach to work-life balance has evolved significantly, particularly in how I align my professional responsibilities with my personal values. At Blosm Brands, we understand that people are multi-faceted and have many different priorities in their lives. While corporate America tends to disregard this fact, especially for women in the workforce, we celebrate the magic of duality—acknowledging that we can be strong and soft, striving for more while also finding time to relax and receive.

This core value has guided me to create a balance that allows me to excel in my work without sacrificing my personal well-being. In the earlier stages of my career, the focus was heavily skewed towards work, with long hours and constant hustle being the norm. However, as I’ve grown both personally and professionally, I’ve come to realize that true success isn’t just about professional achievements—it’s also about building a life that supports overall happiness and fulfillment.

Now, I think about balance not as a strict division of time between work and personal life but as a harmonious integration of both. It’s about being intentional with my time, ensuring that I’m present and engaged in whatever I’m doing, whether that’s leading my team at Blosm Brands or spending quality time with loved ones. This approach has not only allowed me to maintain a fulfilling career but also to cultivate a life that I don’t need a weekend to escape from. It’s about building a business that supports my family, delivers truly impactful work to clients, and provides a workplace that fosters growth and well-being for everyone involved.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Blosm Brands is a fully integrated marketing agency specializing in serving luxury brands in the fashion, beauty, personal care, and lifestyle sectors. Founded in 2018, we’ve built a reputation as an industry leader in paid media advertising, offering holistic, growth-oriented strategies that drive measurable results for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.

Our agency stands out for our ability to blend creative excellence with strategic precision. Unlike many agencies, we integrate creative capabilities into our services, ensuring that ad content not only captivates visually but also drives results in paid media campaigns. This proprietary approach, combining strategic planning and creative execution, significantly boosts campaign effectiveness and ROI relative to our competitors.

As a team of millennial and Gen-Z women, we intimately understand the needs and behaviors of our clients’ target audience—whether she is shopping for luxury items, beauty products, or consumer packaged goods. We strategically partner with clients who share a similar customer profile, enabling us to cross-share insights and learnings across our client roster, thereby enhancing results across the board.

What I’m most proud of is our team. In an industry notorious for burnout, we have prioritized the happiness and well-being of our employees above all else. As a result, we boast strong employee retention and have cultivated a culture of genuine care for each other. This supportive environment not only allows us to deliver impactful work but also fosters personal growth for everyone involved—enabling us to achieve our goals while maintaining a balance between ambition and well-being.

What I want the world to know is that you can have it all—a thriving career and a fulfilling personal life. This balance is not just a philosophy; it’s the foundation of everything we do, and it’s what drives our continued success and fulfillment.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I recently moved from Dallas back to Fort Worth and have been loving my life in Cowtown! If you ever visit for a week, here’s what you must do:

Stay at Bowie House, it’s the perfect blend of luxury and local charm. Start your day with a morning walk and grab a matcha from Roy Pope Grocery. Then, head over to the historic red bricks of Camp Bowie for some shopping. You’ll find plenty of treasures, but my personal favorites are You Are Here and Bette’s for clothes. Don’t forget to explore the fun antique and gift shops while you’re there.

For lunch, I’d take you to Hudson House on Camp Bowie or Press Cafe in Clearfork—both offer great atmospheres and delicious food. Afterward, we’d mosey on over to the Stockyards for an afternoon of live music, craft cocktails, and that warm, friendly Texas atmosphere that’s hard to beat.

As evening rolls in, we’d head to Joe T Garcia’s for dinner on the patio. It’s a Fort Worth institution, so there’s bound to be a wait, but actually, my favorite part of the experience is grabbing a pitcher of margaritas while we wait in line. Don’t miss out on the serenade from the house mariachi band—I always request “Piel Canela.” And if you’re really looking for a good time, we’d head back out to the Stockyards after dinner to two-step the night away.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
When I think about the people who have been instrumental in my journey, my business partners and my family stand out as paramount to my success. I’ve had the immense pleasure of working with so many talented people in my career, but my business partners, Lane Lepow and Sanam Ghaneeian, deserve a special shoutout. Over the years, we’ve experienced incredible highs and challenging lows, but what has always inspired me is our collective resilience. We’ve never accepted defeat, and we’ve tirelessly worked until we found solutions, no matter the circumstance. Their unwavering belief in me has instilled a lasting confidence that there is nothing I can’t overcome.

I also want to recognize my family, who have been my constant sounding board and source of support. They’ve listened patiently to my every problem, offering advice and giving me the space to come to my own solutions. Their love and encouragement have been invaluable, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their steady presence in my life.
