We had the good fortune of connecting with Ben David and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ben, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our success is our partnership. Both Kiran and I have known each other for over 15+ years which attributes to knowing each others strengths and weaknesses. We compliment each other by working together and setting realistic goals.

18 Percent Productions is not corporate America. We are a boutique, hard working, close knit family that goes above and beyond for photos, videos, 3D-Renders, virtual staging, photoshopping and much more. It really comes down to commitment, saying that you’re going to do something and doing it. As we all know, real estate and construction does not always go as planned, we do our very best to accommodate all of the unforeseeable happenings and work with our clients as things come up.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our business started in December 2020, with one common goal, “To deliver the best real estate photography service in DFW.” Pretty simple and straightforward. We wanted to keep our quality that is unmatched at a higher volume to slowly become the best in the business. Since then, we’ve transformed into much more than just professional photography. We’re very honored to have talented staff that can do videos, editing, photoshopping, virtual staging, 3D renders, 3D models, portraits/headshots and much more. We are very excited to continue to add more services as well as servicing more industries as we continue to grow.

Kiran is one of the hardest workers I know, where his quality is unmatched and customer service skills are something unheard of in our industry. We do our very best to ensure our clients receive the best possible product in a remarkably quick turnaround time.

We are where we are today due to hard work, dedication and execution. It may sound cliché, but it really comes down to taking care of one client at a time no matter if we are shooting a one-story rambler to a 10,000 sqft. mansion. It definitely wasn’t easy and it definitely wasn’t due to luck. We persevered through collaborating, brainstorming and a lot of caffeine! We have a really simple motto we run business and it all comes down to doing the right thing.

If there is one thing that you can take away from out story, is that anyone can do what we are doing no matter what business you’re in, as long as you stay committed, have a great product or service and do what is right for your clients or customers.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
