Hi Nick, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Without Risk you cannot gauge the efficacy of your actions. Almost like opting out of playing a game to avoid Winning. Risk managements is a skill within itself that can help you propel your business to the next level. In my personal experience I took risks which i could afford to take and assigned them to the highest priority/rewarding outcomes. With each risk and failed attempt i take a lesson with me and avoid making the same mistake again.

The risks I have taken have taken me to places i could have never imagines. Controlled risk is the key to unlocking your true potential!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I take action. I set in motion a rough plan and i am not overtaken by analysis paralysis. I think to myself if i fail or ruin it i can always try again and refine my methods. Most of my challenges i battled through was through patience and refusal to give up. Understanding that if i kept trying infinitely it is nearly impossible for it not to work out. Persistence is absolute key.

Some key lessons i learned was to be patient and continue to trust in yourself and the people around you.

We focus on satisfying our customers and ensuring that our employees are ecstatic about working with us. We represent honesty and reliability for our customers and our employees, everyone wins 🙂

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely take them all over town, to me distance is nothing but a number. From the arboretum and kayaking to forth worth waterfalls. room one eleven has a awesome speak easy that i like to visit as well

Fossil rim is a safari like adventure we could go on as well. Legacy west has all the good eats and live music/ deep ellum has twice fried wings and they are to die for! The perot museum has tons of fun to offer as well.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Throughout my life i have had many inspirations and inspired many. My Managers throughout the years and their work ethic and the results are what amazed me the most. I could notice and see the direct results of their hard work and got a peek into what one could truly achieve with the correct habits.

My mother instilled in my as a young child to believe i could do anything i need to. i know it sounds cliche but let me elaborate….. i could see any task or have any challenge and i know if i believe i could do it and gave it my strongest shot it would result in my best attempt with conviction which then could give me that small extra push to succeed. The struggles and paid of those around feed the fire to keep my going

I owe my success to struggle.. as it breeds success because there is no alternative
