Meet Emily Kaczynski | Director of Marketing

We had the good fortune of connecting with Emily Kaczynski and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Emily, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I pursued an artistic and creative career because I am an artistic and creative person. Ever since I was a child, I have loved drawing and designing things related to fashion and interior design. as I got older, I took an interest in makeup and social media. I flourished, created a personal brand for myself, and created an identity for who I wanted to be, and I think that transpired into the career I have today.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
i’m really proud of who I am today and how far I’ve come. I always knew I wanted to be a business professional but I needed to have a creative job that let me express myself. i’m currently 20 years old and I have my dream job. I started going to School UT Dallas to pursue my marketing degree and suddenly the former CEO of my spo live reached out to me after I posted a TikTok about one of his spas. he gave me a call asked me to come in for an interview and I got hired to do his social media for his spa and for his new aesthetics training business that is now known MySpaLive. I decided at that point that I was in a really good position to grow so I transferred to an online school and began working full-time. since then the business has grown tremendously. we had a change in ownership and I am now the head of my department. I wouldn’t say that it was easy I definitely had to overcome a lot of obstacles in my personal life and my work life to be where I am today. but in the end this all resonates with who I am and the brand that I’m working on for myself. I have about 15,000 followers on TikTox, I wouldn’t say that I want to be an influencer or be famous but I wouldn’t mind starting a business of my own in the future. right now I am very happy helping this business grow and become some thing revolutionary.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I absolutely love Legacy West in Plano Texas it’s one of my favorite spots, the restaurants and the bars are all very fun. if you go to Dallas you’ll always have a good time I love truck yard and lower Greenville. I love trying new coffee shops but my favorite is white rhino.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to start by thanking my parents, Mike and Lilia, who have always shown me the utmost support and guided me to make good decisions. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for them. I would also like to thank Ashlan, our VP at MySpaLive she is always empowering and uplifting those around her. And, of course, I would like to thank our CEO, Jim, for bringing me on board and taking a chance on a college student who was eager to begin her career.
