Value. The value that our team and business has to offer. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of imposter syndrome and not feel like you are enough. That mindset will flow into every aspect of business if not corrected: content creation, pricing, and conversations. You have to personally know your own value and believe in what you have to offer other people. The most important lesson our business has taught us is perseverance. Yes, it’s so cliche, but it’s one of our biggest takeaways. We quickly learned that to reach our goals we have to commit to them 100%, and sometimes that means continuing after failure. Being someone that has a tendency to want to wait until something is perfect or not make a mistake because its not “perfect”, this is a constant learning lesson for me.
