We had the good fortune of connecting with Zaneeka Hill and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zaneeka, what is the most important factor behind your success?
There are a few important factors behind my success; faith is the utmost important factor. My faith is what led me to start iEdify Women’s Summit and write and publish my first book. It has been the driving force in me continuing through the most challenging times of my life. I didn’t have the luxury to be able to stop just because life was happening so I had to lean on my faith. There have been moments where nothing added it, when I say nothing I mean NOTHING, it made no logical sense to move forward in business yet through my faith I was able to anchor myself in my belief in Jesus who transcends every limiting circumstance that I have ever experienced, making all things possible for and the women I get to serve. In addition to my faith I would say integrity, relationships and continued personal growth. Relationships are certainly king. 

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the author of ” What If I Believe Everything God Says About Me? “, a Coach, Speaker and Founder of iEdify Womens Summit. I am proud that I overcame limiting beliefs, unserving mindsets, unproductivity, people pleasing and fear. This has helped me to guide so many other women who are struggling with these very things to find freedom. If I would’ve stayed bound in those things I wouldn’t have made it this far nor would I have the blueprint to help other women. I am passionate and purposed to help women transform their lives from the inside out and thrive in their God given purpose.

I believe what sets me apart especially from purpose coaches is that I don’t believe people have a purpose issue, because purpose flow from who we are. I believe that many people have an identity crisis which separates them from purpose, thus true fulfillment in life. I help women uncover their true identity so they are able to thrive in purpose.

I got to where I am today with prayer, faith, a lot of support and accountability, and the will to keep going no matter what. It hasn’t been easy at all! Life can be challenging so adding the demands of business onto that is hard, but with the support it makes it so much better!

I’ve learned that nothing is happening to me, but it is happening for me. That every hard moment is revealing and putting demand on a greater version of myself, which will be required for the next assignment or season of my life. That everything is always working together for my good; the good, the bad and the ugly its working for me not against me. I want the world to know that I am a genuine lover of people who truly believes in helping women experience the greatest version of themselves so they are able to live purposeful and fulfilling lives.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shout out my mother. My mother by the time she graduated High School was a teen mom of two. I couldn’t imagine the level of tenacity and grit it took to raise two children at such a young age, but that’s what she did. She did her very best. We certainly experienced the trials of life, which we didn’t sign up for and some of which I would have rather avoided. Some I despised for a very long time, but I soon realized that though those blemished and bleeding moments of life; a beautiful story was being developed that would be the foundation of what I was called to do. It would be the fire that caused passion to burn in me to help other women overcome difficult circumstances and see the endless possibilities. I honor her for never giving up, always staying fly, being a beautiful servant to many, most gracious and loving.
