Hi Yolanda and Lola, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
There are many important lessons our business has taught us. Number one lesson is to stay true to our brand by providing fresh, non-preservative, organic treats and making sure our new followers or people we network with know who is behind the business. This also includes creating a strong brand image and packaging that appeals to pet owners is essential for marketing and standing out in a competitive market. Another lesson we have learned is consistently producing the same quality and taste is key to customer satisfaction and building a loyal customer base. Overall, these lessons have helped us thrive and provide safe high quality products that all pet owners can trust.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Pawlicious Cookies is a Latina owned dog treat business located in Dallas, Texas. We are a fresh, non-preservative, organic, dog treat business that has a mission to inspire all dog lovers to provide the best non-preservative dog treat. Our business is unique because our treats contain no preservatives, so no added chemicals or artificial flavoring. With this, they require refrigeration to keep the freshness of our treats available for every bite your fur baby enjoys from our treat. We emphasize using high-quality, natural ingredients that promote pet health, and we set ourselves apart in the market by catering to health-conscious pet owners. We also have creative and distinctive packaging that makes our product stand out on shelves and online. Overall, we love working one-on-one with fur baby owners to cater to their dogs needs.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would take them to the bishop arts area! The heart of oak cliff is where we are located and truly love this area. There are so many unique restaurants, small businesses, and boutiques that are available to support. Also, there are many events to attend such as goat yoga, popups, and movie nights for the community!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We would like to dedicate this magazine to all of our supporters and dog lovers we have met thus far. We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of our supporters. The loyalty to our brand and products from our supporters has meant the world to us. We have seen their furry friends enjoying our treats, and it warms our hearts to know that we have become a part of their dog’s life. The trust in our commitment to quality and safety for our supporters fur baby’s pets is something we deeply cherish.
