We had the good fortune of connecting with Walter Herron and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Walter, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started the business to take care of my family. I was unemployed and couldn’t find a job.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We started the business in 4 years ago in July 2018. It was not easy starting a construction business in the competition of Dallas, Tx. I overcame the challenges by working hard and countless hours of practice. Since 2018, I worked 85 plus hours a week. The hours worked took a toll physically but I wouldn’t change the experience for nothing. Biggest lesson learned, don’t make yourself feel needed where you’re not wanted. I learned, that you have tighten up and not lighten up. Learned to make it look easy when it’s not. Learned to keep some Jesus in your heart to not let the highs to too high and don’t let the lows get too low. I want the world to know I’m a country boy from Enterprise, Al that’s making an effort to change the community one project at time.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
