We had the good fortune of connecting with Uriel & Deborah Tovar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Uriel & Deborah, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
There’s moments where we have wanted to give up and we have no motivation. But what keeps us going is taking a step back and reminding ourselves that we are doing this for our clients . We are capturing their “LifeWorthy Moments” and that honestly brings us so much joy and it brings our motivation back. Pictures and video is the only way that we can go back to a moment that was so special to us. That alone is so rewarding and so inspiring to keep this business running. We love what we do & eventually we want to make this into a full time career! With the help of God we know that one day that dream will come true!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our vision for LifeWorthy Photography is to one day expand and open up a few studios each with their own different style that our clients can enjoy different themes to look back at their LifeWorthy Moments. We also eventually want to rent the studios out to different photographers. We would like to display our work some day in a gallery/studio to let out pictures speak a million different words.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would definitely take them to eat at Pluckers they have the best wings, ranch & holy mac. Also Salsa verde to eat some bomb tacos on a taco Tuesday night. We would take them to rooftops in downtown Dallas to see the beautiful city. We would suggest taking them to Art District in Dallas to walk around. Lastly, The stockyards in Fort Worth Texas to get a better feel of the Texas Culture.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First off we want to Shout out Uriel’s Parents and Debbie’s mom who have always supported and believed in us. We also want to shout out Uriel’s brother, Omar who since the beginning has supported this dream and always supported us in any way that he could! Uriel’s siblings have also always been supportive of this dream. Also our friends who give us words of encouragement. Lastly, we want to shout out our clients who are always supportive either by booking a shoot, liking or commenting on our post or simply telling people about us! We are forever thankful for this great support system that’s we have!
