We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyler Pavey and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tyler, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success would be consistency without a doubt. Without consistency i wouldn’t have been able to continue to grow at the pace i set for myself. There are ups and tend to be alot more downs and without the ability to pick yourself up and keep moving forward you will eventually start moving backwards.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I Currently Run A Vintage Clothing Store, Quickstrike Vintage & Co-Own Zaza Kicks, Storefront in Abilene. I Feel Like My Consistency & Creativity Set Me Apart, I Always Try To Switch Things Up And Think Outside The Box. Im most proud that i am currently 19 years old and opened my first traders village unit with a couple friends before i graduated high school, one of my goals. i got to this point by working at 100% every single day and always staying driven. it hasn’t been easy at all, nothing special in life comes easy but the process is what i enjoy. ive learned that those who dont try at all will know their outcome but if you put a little more effort in you might get somewhere you’d never think. i want people to know that you are capable of anything you can imagine you just have to want it bad enough.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout the ones who believed in me and the ones who didn’t, all of it keeps me going. Also everyone who answered my tons and tons of questions i had and put me on game that they wish somebody had put them on at my age.
