Meet Treneice Bailey

We had the good fortune of connecting with Treneice Bailey and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Treneice, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I was hit by a car years ago. I went back to my job but struggled due to my injuries. I decided working for myself would be best. I needed the flexibility to build my own schedule.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m a full-spectrum doula who also specializes in pregnancy and postpartum fitness and intimacy.
I support people through every stage of the perinatal journey—from trying to conceive, to birth, and into postpartum. My mission is to help birthing people, especially those in the BIPOC community and those with disabilities, feel strong, informed, and empowered.
I believe everyone deserves care that respects their body, their voice, and their joy. That’s why I blend physical wellness, emotional support, and education. So families can have a healthy, supported, and even pleasurable experience during this big life transition.
I’m here to guide, uplift, and help families advocate for the birth and postpartum experience they truly want and deserve.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my children. They give me the determination and motivation to keep going. I’d like to thank Yenny at Paradigm Doulas for training me and encouraging me to pursue my goals.
