We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracie Tucker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tracie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have always struggled being in a regular work environment even as a teen. I enjoy the freedom of creating, critical thinking and sharing and applying ideas to grow. Grow rather myself or others.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
With Dynasty Firm we listen but also watch the clients we work with. We do research on the client and brands and study them to understand what the next steps are. Many firms clients approach you wiry their to do list, and we have out list as well. I feel the professionalism and platforms I have put around myself over the years really allows me to set myself apart. We set goals and task to achieve them in a timely manner.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Depending on the city they visit me in (I’m always here and there). Definitely a nice lounge with some welcome to the City vibes. When coming to Dallas or Atlanta the skylines are always a good welcome view. The itinerary would be places they would enjoy based on the friend and new experiences. I believe in trying new things and places when visiting different places. I’m not exactly sure of locations, it will be a experience considering all my close friends are from the Midwest the south is definitely a different vibe.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mother and my aunt Carolyn have always been my biggest supporters. They allowed me to grow and still be a hands on parent. I will say they never let me think small or shrink my thoughts and ideas. I have had people come in to my life just saying how they are inspired by my drive and still being a great mother to my 3 sons.
