We had the good fortune of connecting with Tito Rosado and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tito, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
For me it’s based on how many people I have impacted in a positive way, could be that I helped them with something or I just simply gave them entertainment for a couple minutes. as long as I brought any type of joy to their life then I see that as a big success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
In my current job as a district manager I’ve gotten where I’m at by being willing to make sacrifices and understanding the true value of that I’m only as good as the people I surround myself with as well as I will only get from my team what I put into them. I love training, coaching and engaging with me staff and that allowed people to really get to know me and want to work for me rather then being forced to. im excited about my future with my YouTube channel as it has been such a fun way to express my interest and creativity with something that is 100% authentically me. I love talking with others about my shared interest and look forward to building my community.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
– Eat anywhere at the Star in Dallas – Eat anywhere in the Grandscape in The Colony
– See stand up at Hyenas Comedy Nightclub
– Go to the Dallas Aquarium in Downtown
– Go to the Perot Museum

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout goes to my sister Isa Rosado, she had me listen to a podcast about a girl she interviewed and within this podcast the girl explained how she started a YouTube channel & blog for fun and then it grew into her full time job. After hearing that and realizing I had always given myself an excuse to not try it out I took the plunge and went into it focused on fun and have been loving creating ever since.
