Hi Tiffany, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is authenticity. As a contracts and consumer law attorney, it is important to me that I deliver accurate and consistent results in a manner that never compromises my integrity. Operating with authenticity provides the opportunity to attract people of similar values who at their core are committed to serving the community in a transformational way.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am owner of TH Legal Consulting LLC which specializes in contract law, corporate compliance and federal court consumer law litigation. TH Legal Consulting assists clients with all aspects of their business, including entity formation, business contracts and trademarks. We also offer consumer protection through our litigation of cases against consumer reporting agencies and third-party debt collectors. I am most proud of the firm’s track record of negotiating international contracts for clients with portfolios totaling over $1 Billions USD and our litigation record that includes the elimination of over $2 Million USD in consumer debt. In addition to successfully advocating for clients, my commitment is also empowering them with knowledge of laws designed to protect their legal rights.

I started TH Legal Consulting in 2015 from a desire to structure my own life balance. My entrepreneurial
journey has created the opportunity for incredible partnerships, including global opportunities such as serving as a guest lecturer with IMS Law College in India. I have also developed a social awareness initiative, that included me serving as executive producer of an independent film project geared toward domestic violence awareness. I remain involved in the community through my membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and The Links, Incorporated. My professional memberships include the National Association of Consumer Advocates and admission to practice law in the following state and federal court jurisdictions: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Ohio.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I absolutely love planning fun activities with friends and am the person in the friend group that will create a detailed itinerary months in advance so everyone can be fully prepared for a great time! I would definitely plan for dinner at the Monarch and drinks at Happiest Hour to take in some great views of the city. I value self-care so I would include a Club Pilates session and some time at the Mokara Salon & Spa located inside the Omni in downtown Dallas. Also, the Dallas Farmers Market is always a fun outing to interact with the community and support local businesses.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I attribute my success to my strong family foundation. Growing up, I was constantly inspired by my paternal grandfather, who we affectionately call O’Dad, who had no formal education yet was a successful entrepreneur. My parents, Lawrence & Jackie Hill, are an excellent example of the importance of remaining grounded and focused to achieve your life goals. Additionally, I am a mother to three sons who are my ultimate source of inspiration.
