We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Domon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffany, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my business to build a legacy for my children and my children children. My long-term goal is not work for anyone else and to build my own empire. I believe you have to invest in yourself in order to grow and be successful.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a makeup artist and not only do I connect with my clients but I make them leave feeling more confident than they did before. I am truly passionate about my work and the needs of my clients. I thank God he has blessed me to continue to be a service to others. I worked in retail for years and then decided to follow my passion and heart. It most defiantly wasn’t easy but I just had to keep pushing and work hard to get my name out there. Word of mouth is very powerful and I gained more and more clients. I’ve learned that you have to remain humble and grateful for every blessing. I want the world to know that you can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spot is True Kitchen + Kocktails so we would be going there for good food and music.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First, I want to honor God for I am nothing without him. He gets all the glory and praise! My family and friends have been a wonderful support system. I want to also think my clients and future clients.
