We had the good fortune of connecting with Terrence Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Terrence, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

I started out renovating homes with my Wife back in 2009 and learned a lot about the process. I got my Real Estate license in 2016 because I wanted to make a difference. I want to be seen as the Realtor whom provides outstanding service and not just have Clients sign papers and disappear.  I had a vision of making the process better for my Clients. I like to educate them and make sure their well taken care of throughout the entire process.  It’s my job as a Realtor to make sure my Clients understand the process from A to Z.  My goal is to get them into a Home where they will be there for a while until they decide to sell or rent it out and add to their investment portfolio. The more Clients I can assist with Selling or Buying a Home, the more I feel like i’m living out my purpose!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m very big on Customer service and believe that is what set me apart from most Realtors. I make sure i’m available for my Clients if they have any questions whether it be by phone call or text. I believe my ability to gauge the market and understand the process to educate my Clients is what got me where I am today as a Realtor.  It’s still challenging but I schedule consultations with my new Clients to make sure we are a good fit to work together. Usually, this process let’s me know who is serious about Buying or Selling a home. In this business, I’ve learned not to take things personal and value peoples time. I want to let everyone know that i’m about Actions because I can give you an outstanding spill about how I move but reach out to me when you’re ready to Buy or Sell so I can show you how I get things done in the Real Estate space.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

A place that I like to go and kick back is Legacy West because it’s a relaxing environment and has several different eateries to visit. I also, like to visit the Lava Cantina in the Colony for a nice time. LoLo’s Chicken is another spot I like to visit from to get a nice meal that will stick..LOL!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

First of all, I would like to thank GOD for blessing me with several talents and everything else GOD provides me with on a daily basis! I like to thank my Mother, Grandfather, Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother whom installed good qualities in me. They always told me to treat others like you want to be treated. Also, my Wife for being by my side and motivating me to always shoot for the universe because the stars are too close! Another person I’d like to give a shout out to is the late Dr. Myles Munroe for the book he released that grabbed my attention years ago, “Understanding Your Potential” This book has helped me out a lot with Life in general.
