We had the good fortune of connecting with Terrence Creech and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Terrence, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my business was a collaborative effort with one of my best friends to create a business that incorporates levels of service with the ability to produce media content as the foundation of the business. In doing so this has expanded our BaldwinCreech Company parent brand into other areas that include The Creech Group, which manages the artist/singer song writer, TMarsh, The brands two key foundational pieces are being of service and creation, they work hand-in-hand.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the co-owner/co-founder of The BaldwinCreech Company LLC and the founder of The Creech Group. BaldwinCreech, the parent company, as a LLC has divisions in media, communication, digital content creation and merchandising to name a few. We have created a nonprofit organization, Mens Quest, to help boys and men of all ages to reach their highest potential.
Our business was created to give a platform to people who are otherwise overlooked in their success. Through business relationships we have been able to expand and grow into various areas of business such as a cigar brand, BaldwinCreech Premiums. One of the biggest lessons I have learned along the way is building solid business relationships is vital to a successful business.
The BaldwinCreech brand is a about positive energy and sharing the right information that will spark the next great idea for the next business, artist, or entrepreneuer.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was in town, the first stop would be Frankies downtown Dallas for the great mango margarita and some good food. Next up would be a stop at Waterproof, the rooftop with a pool. Great place for the views and luxury feel. The evening would start with a trip to the easy speak in the basement of the Statler Hotel and finish up with live music at The Freeman with TMarsh, followed by after party at Sandaga.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people that have been apart of the journey, it would be wreckless of me to mention some without the other because I would never want to lessen how much someones worth meant to me along the way. Having said that I will say shout outs to all of you for any efforts and inputs you have been apart on my journey with a few spotlights going to my mother Phyllis Creech for showing me what no quitting really means, my daughter Lauren Creech for showing me Will and Determination can start at birth. LeShana Baldwin for the unconditional love, friendhip and opening up other creative avenues that I’m able to tap into now and to my long time friend and business partner for the sharing of knowledge and ideas, iron sharpens iron. Thank you to Michaela Creech for the coparenting and the decades of friendship and love. Rest in heaven Essie Mae Horton my biggest fan, my grandmother.
