We had the good fortune of connecting with Stacey Whaling and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stacey, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I love expressing myself through different artistic formats and a blog is a great way to write about things that matter to you. It gives me a daily or weekly format to write which is something that I really enjoy. I love finding cool products or tips and tricks to share.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a mom of three boys, an educator, a stylist, an artist and overall creative soul. I think sharing ones experiences and cool finds are a great way to enhance the community we live in. I love connecting with people and collaborating.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Some of my absolute favorite spots in the city are Downtown McKinney and Deep Ellum.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The women in my life inspire me, challenge and drive me.
