We had the good fortune of connecting with Srini Prabhala and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Srini, how does your business help the community?
6Elements Productions produces theatrical and film productions creating artistic platform for local actors, directors and technicians and in turn shares the proceeds to various other non profits. Over past 7 years we have worked towards supporting various causes including retired and aging performers, Family Support Services, Mental Health Awareness, War victims support, and others.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have unique blend of skills covering music, theater and film. Having scored for 5 feature films, over 50 short films and written and acted in multiple theatrical and film productions, I got to learn a lot collaborating with various senior performers and mentors who honestly their skill over years. Being first generation artist, it has been hard to prove your talent and worth without much support system. But it was also an opportunity to figure out a path without any baggage. I feel only merit and innovation will differentiate eventually and one must strive towards to improving their skill to the best level and showcase them to world and be patient for your time for success.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
DFW has many beautiful places to visit both in Dallas downtown, west end and others and fort worth covers wide gamut of locations as well. There are many Tex mex places like Torchys Tacos, also quite a few vegetation options including great Indian restaurants.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my mother Bhanumati Prabhala for initiating and nurturing my artistic pursuits and blessing all my endeavours wholeheartedly.
