Meet Sinae Quinones | Model & Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sinae Quinones and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sinae, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
The most difficult decision I had to make was to simply remove people from my life. I took a step back and looked at my life from a third-person perspective to decide if the relationship was really worth it at all. Transitioning from high school to adulthood was lonely. After finding the passion I wanted to do, I concluded that those people in school have no benefit to me whatsoever. The friendships were never real, and I would never share my success with people who didn’t truly care about me.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Modeling has definitely opened up my creative mind. I also attend Wade College for Fashion Design. I decided to get into modeling due to my career. I would love to model for my own brand and create the vision that I want. I got to where I am with the help of connecting with those at school and attending networking events! It wasn’t easy whatsoever to get to where I am today. Mentally and physically it took a toll on me as I progressed on. Trying to always be publicly appealing or watch how I acted, always had me exhausted. I will never regret joining the car scene, because if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have met a certain special someone. I’m deeply grateful for his creativity and his patience with being my photographer. The lessons I learned is to always make sure to have your back and don’t trust everyone. I want the world to know that I, Sinae, will make a name for myself and change the future.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Living in Dallas is so diverse! I would definitely take anyone to Hawkers in Deep Ellum. They serve Chinese food, but it’s authentic! For the fun side of things, I definitely love arcades. You can always find me at Round 1 on occasion! Meow Wulf is also a wonderful experience in my opinion. Going with someone is always worth it.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I always wondered when I would be asked this question! With no hesitation, the person that I would say immediately is Jenevieve. She was my teacher in high school, and I currently work for her at my job! She always heard my struggles and opinions when I needed someone to talk to. I can say she’s like a mother figure to me. She supports my career and is always asking how it’s going. She’s excited to see where life will take me. I can say she’s the one in my life who keeps me going no matter what obstacles come my way.
