Meet Sierra Dupaul | Professional Make up Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sierra Dupaul and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sierra, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my own business was a scary thought at first. But I came to realize it was better for not only me but to show my children that you can do anything you want no matter how ridiculous you may think it is. I also wanted to challenge myself in creating something fun and beautiful to experience with my clients.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Art plays a giant role in my upbringing and current life. Make up is one of the art forms I always catch myself being consistent with and feeling the most confident in. Make up is not only art but an expression of how you want people to portray you inside and out.
Getting to my professional side of make up was a bit difficult. Moving to a new state starting all over finding new friends and clients can be tricky along with marketing and branding. Thankfully I keep pushing myself to be more active in my business and community to make these things happen.
I love to keep my clients coming back with beautiful luxury natural make up applications. They can still see themselves, feel confident, and beautiful. While having the opportunity to pamper themselves with a make over.
My brand is for people who love to feel good about themselves and make others feel just as important.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband and family have been my biggest supporters. Whenever I felt I was down or about to give up they were always there to push me through. I appreciate everything they have done for me over the last 10 years. And I special shout out to beka Larsen for opening not only her studio to me but her heart as well she has been such an amazing person to work with and learn from.
