We had the good fortune of connecting with Shanadrian Willis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shanadrian, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Having a repetitive habit in keeping the same formula helps our success.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
One of our programs coordinates inspiring fashion shows that bring exposure to designers of all aspects and models of all sizes, color, and creed. We also have a program that brings vendors the opportunity to brand their product. Im most proud of the vendors, designers, and models that take advantage of the opportunity to go after their dreams. My professionality started in the corporate world. Being a woman of color, I always felt that i had to work twice as hard. However, I learned how to lead and be led.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you visit Dallas, don’t forget to stop by Fuel City Tacos and Boomers Jack Bar and Grill. For family fun, we have Main Event, Dallas Zoo, Itz Family and Fun event, etc.
