We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Elizabeth Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah Elizabeth, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
SJ Secret Seductions came to fruition due to me being aware and seeing the shaming around sex and sexuality amongst all people in general, in religion and even in marriages. There is either something someone makes the other feel insecure about or people just have these really weird stigmas on what should and should not be done when it comes to sex and sexuality, In my research and personal experience I noticed that people are simply projecting their own sexual insecurities and traumas on another person to make themselves feel better about hiding their true sexual selves. So, I started Seductions to teach both men and women the importance of embracing their sexuality by using many different forms of selflove practices, and also healing from childhood and sexual trauma in order to have a happy healthy sex life, not only with others but with ourselves first. All of the practices teach I created myself, as I am a victim of abuse both Sexual and physical. and in doing these things pulled myself out of low self-esteem and depression. It worked for me and a number of men and women I have helped as well so I turned my healing and teachings into a business. In doing so and allowing God to orchestrate my steps I discovered it is not just something I love to do because I was once a victim myself, but it is also my God given gift and purpose on earth to be a healer. I also do personal intuitive healing readings where I allow The Most High to use me as a vessel to heal others from trauma just as I myself have been healed. I use tarot and Oracle Cards to help give healing messages to people as well. Although as an intuitive reader cards are not needed all the time, as God sometimes has a very unique way of just telling me what needs to be said without anyone having to open their mouth. So with the awareness of my gifts and my love for healing I have also created Divine Encounters where you can book me for personal sessions where we talk, pray and I even help with meditation to help you heal from Trauma you have experienced.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
To dive a bit more into what I do. SJ Secret Seductions offers a variety of products such as lingerie, adult novelty toys, yoni steams and handmade self-love candles made with essential oils for mood enhancing, my candles are also garnished with dried roses, and a rose quartz crystal.

SJ Secret Seductions also hosts live and virtual events where I talk a lot about sexuality and what it means, self pleasure and healthy sex tips for singles and couples. We also host private parties for a variety of occasions such as Bachelorette Parties, Girls Nights and Birthday Parties.

As I stated earlier with divine encounters I focus more on trauma healing and prayer. This booking is a personal one-on-one experience to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all my clients as these sessions get very emotional and intense but all for great reasons and major healing.

What sets Seductions and Divine encounters apart from others is the fact that we are teaching, helping and healing humanity of sexual trauma amongst other traumas and also teaching sex tips for pleasure all at the same time, and its all done with Love and Light. I’m most proud of keeping my business open for a year now. The sex industry is not easy to thrive in with all the stipulations and rules against specific kind of advertising on social media. Majority of my business comes from word of mouth. I’m most excited about my journey as a healer as I make an impact on people all around the world just by simply being me and using my God given gifts and talents to help heal humanity. One if the biggest lessons I learned is it is ok to ask for help. I’m kind of a ill do it myself person but as a new entrepreneur, I learned the hard way to ask for help it’s ok not to know everything.

My brand is very near and dear to my heart as my entire business was created from me healing my own personal traumas.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
For food and drinks I would definitely check out some of my local favorites such as Vegan food house, Bam’s Vegan, Te Deseo, Saint Ann. The Henry and North Italia. One of my all-time favorite spots to hang out is “The Free Man Cajun Café & Lounge” they have a variety of live bands that perform everyday of the week. their food is also amazing I have a huge love for live music it does something for my soul. I’m really big on Arts so I love to visit places like the museums, or the live poetry shows at Pan African Connection. I do most of my hanging out in the center area of Dallas,

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give thanks to God and my beautiful Daughter for bringing to this space I’m in now as my business grows and expands into bigger and better things. Also a big shoutout to my family, friends, loved ones and supporters whom I have never even met. I have a really great support system my team is amazing and without their constant words of encouragement, help, support and even just a listening ear to all my brain storming and constant indecisiveness everyone played and continues to play a major role in all that I do. I would also like to thank Yolonda also known as Divine Maverick directly as she has played a major role in me discovering my purpose and God-given Gifts.
