Meet Sandi Johnson | Vision & Accountability Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sandi Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sandi, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“We should always have three friends in our lives-one who walks ahead who we look up to and follow; one who walks beside us, who is with us every step of our journey; and then, one who we reach back for and bring along after we’ve cleared the way.” Michelle Obama I love this quote because it means that we need to surround ourselves with people who are teaching us and cheerleading our success. And after we have reached our goals to reach back to other.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
EnVision Your Life, LLC is a human development business that helps individuals to embrace their purpose in life. This involves navigating the difficult areas of life to discover the role it plays in our life’s journey. This is achieved by individual coaching, speaking events, authoring books, hosting retreats, and vision board experiences. Last year due to COVID, we had to find creative ways to continue to operate. Pandemic does not stop purpose. The Annual ” My Story, My Journey Retreat” went virtual. I was extremely nervous about engaging women online for the entire weekend. During our breaks, I was getting messages that individuals wanted to be let in the ZOOM. They were so engaged that they were trying to skip the breaks. This is what one participant had to say….. “I just want to thank Sandi Johnson for a REMARKABLE virtual retreat!! I was not sure of what to expect, but in all honesty, it exceeded all expectations! The care you put into the packages and guidebook was outstanding and thoughtful. Your topic and discussion exercises were on point and much needed. Thank you to each and every presenter who poured into the listener. I received so much from you all. To my fellow UNBOTTLED BEAUTIES, thank you for your advice, encouragement, constructive revelation, and just for making this retreat a safe and transparent place! I.Can’t.Wait.Until.Next.Year!!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love itineraries. Well, we would do brunch on the patio of Snooze in Dallas. Enjoy their shrimp and grits while watching the people enjoy their families in the inner courtyard. Maybe catch a glance of a couple on a date or a father throwing a football to his son. Since I love all things artsy and creative, we would have an impromptu photo shot in front of the amazing wall murals. We would leave there and go explore the Bishop Arts District, walking to soak in the revitalization of this historical section of the city, pausing for a moment to inhale a slice of cake from Cretia’s Eatery and Bake Shoppe. Since we are a hop skip and a jump away from Trinity Groves, we would go walk the food off and explore the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Hopefully, strike up a conversation with some other people and just chat it up until dinner time. We would then head to Amberjax Fish Market Grille for some amazing seafood. While walking to Amberjax, we would catch a glance of Babb Brothers BBQ and share with my friend how precovid they had the BEST LIVE Blues music around. The morning would not be right without heading to Klyde Warren Park to people watch and catching a fitness class. Later, we would head to Deep Ellum to The Free Man Cajun Cafe & Lounge for a taste of Louisana and some live music. Sunday would be spent at my church home, One Community at the Lewisville Campus. We would feast on the Word of God as delivered by Dr. Conway Edwards. We would head to Texas Live to hang out before catching a game a Dallas Cowboys game to cheer for whoever they are playing. After the very full weekend, it is SPA TIME. We would spend the whole day at the Spa Castle in Carrollton enjoying the pools, pedicures, body scrubs, and sauna.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to Terrance Kindles. He is the CEO of Black Tie United and supports EnVision Your Life, LLC’s vision.
