We had the good fortune of connecting with Samantha Studdard and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Samantha, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Timeless Events is our hearts and willingness to serve others. Timeless Events is more than a job to us. We live in a world where you have to have money to live on, but for us it’s more than the money. We don’t limit the amount of hours each event is allotted like most would. We choose to dedicate as much time as our clients need to ensure their mind is at ease at all times. Why you ask??? Because every person deserves to feel set apart and seen at/on their special day (A wedding, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday, anniversary, etc.) It is truly our heart to make each day that has been dreamed of and desired become tangible to each client. To execute, fulfill, and exceed the vision by bringing to life what was once an image.
We strive to place ourselves in the shoes of and take on the perspective of each client. In this business pleasing people is the name of the game. Word of mouth reviews will either work for you or against you. That is why our success comes from our ability to listen, capture, and deliver more than our clients envisioned or expected. Each event we are selected for is always a humbling experience, it is such an honor and privilege to be apart. Making ones dreams come true is never taken lightly. And the best part of it all is hearing our clients family/friends/guest complement and awe over our events flow, fun, and designs.

Each client is unique to us and we truly are better together!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
How did I get to where I am today??? I believe I got where I am today by constantly staying teachable. Every season I have gone through has taught me important information that I would need for the transitions and new seasons I would step into. I strive to never be led by my own emotions but to stay planted until I know I have heard or have peace in moving.
The funny thing is, if you would have asked me ten years ago what my future would look like today, I wouldn’t be writing this story.
Events were never on my radar when planning a future for myself. I always dreamed of becoming a nurse. My goal was to work in a big city caring for and loving on people that needed extra help in their current situation. So as anyone would, I committed my time to achieving that goal. I went to school and just before graduating met my husband. As graduation came and went I realized my priorities were shifting. I was no longer focused on a future for myself but instead I began preparing for a future that included my spouse and future children to come.
Planning our wedding became my priority. I found that in the planning is where my new sense of direction came. A renewed love, drive, and passion for creating content, designing, preforming, and essentially achieving or enforcing a created vision sparked like fireworks inside me!
Is this what I originally envisioned?….. No! This is FAR more than I could have ever asked for or desired. I quickly learned that by taking self out of the situation, I allow room for things to work accordingly in my life. I have been on this amazing journey for 6 years and coming up on our 7th year. Has it always been easy?…. Well of course not, but we knew this is right where we were supposed to be. We overcame each obstacle one step at a time, one day at a time. I was taught by a wise man, that I can learn from everyone around me: “What to do” or “What not to do.” I keep this on repeat in my head daily.
I observe, ask questions when I don’t know an answer, and I commit each day to gaining a new understanding and perspective in the event industry. I am up into the late hours of the night after my kids and husband are asleep to be able to give our clients the best experiences on their special day.
Success for Timeless has come through hard work, pure determination, and never settling or becoming complacent where we were. We never let go of the dream even when seasons did not produce and look as promising as we would have liked it too. As I look back to our beginning stages, I can honestly say I am proud of how we carried ourselves through each up and every down we conquered. In staying faithful to the calling, we have watched Timeless flourish and not one time have had to compromise our beliefs and values.
I can’t express in words how excited we are to continue seeing our dreams expand and eager to watch our future unfold. We dedicate all we do to our past and future relationships we get to build. Our clients are what make our world spin. That is why we choose to serve them like Royalty. To give them an unforgettable experience that they will remember forever.
I would like to end with the question, “What sets you apart from others?”
The best I know how to answer it, is by sharing what “Timeless” means to me….
The name “Timeless” Events was chosen because it is unchanged by time. It’s just as good or true now as it was when it was created.
This is what I have based each special occasion in my personal life on.
From meeting my husband and having our first dates on the property my husband grew up on…. Time stood still. To planning our wedding and spending hours clearing and working on this property to make what was overrun and neglected and turning it into our dream wedding.
After all the work we put in, old memories, and new…. We knew this was the place we wanted to grow old together and decided to purchase the land that began our future together. We have since then added to and completed our family of six, having 3 home births, each born in the house we built onto the property.
With each new addition to the property, our family time seems to continue to stand still in the most important moments. These are the moments I want to continue to pass down for generations to come.
That is why we at Timeless feel that every special occasion in one’s life should tell a story. One ,that like ours, can be passed down to their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. I feel the name captures my heart perfectly in my personal and professional life and is why “Timeless” continues to hold a special place in my heart.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As an event planner/coordinator, anytime I go somewhere I am always looking for unique spots that weddings and events could take place at. I am very business minded as well as a big dreamer and vision gives me the opportunity to take things that usually are quick to be disqualified and bring to life the potential a person, place, or thing already has within them with my touch. I love to sight see in places like botanical gardens or little hole in the wall places (those are the best!). I have a love for supporting hidden gems and small businesses (I find their work pure and honest!). We often keep our eyes peeled for new vendors, opportunities to travel, and experiences. As well as good spots to try a new meal, dessert, or even drinks. I am very social and always tend to find someone new to talk to. I like to relate on shared experiences, which often leads to many open doors of wisdom one has. Collaborating with others brings me much joy, especially when I leave each conversation with more knowledge, perspective, and ideas I get to go home and bug my husband about.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are many that deserve credit for playing a role in Timeless Events success. Friends, family, past client, and vendors all help spread our name through word of mouth. Always having great things to pass along to those inquiring of our services.
Not to mention other businesses that partner with Timeless to create and produce exciting Events.
But if I had to choose, I have two important anchors that uphold and undergird our company.
The first is our main reason for success, He is Jehovah: He is Timeless’s provider, Timeless’s teacher, He goes before Timeless, He is sufficient for the needs of Timeless, He gives Timeless peace and understanding, and He is present in every moment for Timeless. He is Timeless’s rock on which we stand. And I thank him for the strength He gives us.
The second is my assistant, Katie: You often can find her behind the scenes. She is superwomen in my eyes! I love her ability to read a situation and preform the task ahead without me asking. We have an understanding of each others needs and that is why we are good for each other. We balance one another, my strengths may be her weaknesses, but my weaknesses are her strengths. We make one heck of a duo!
I am so thankful to have her by my side, eager to learn, excited to execute the vision ahead, and willing to do anything I ask of her.
My favorite thing about her is that she has a true servants heart. I can confidently say, she has been with me in the good times and the bad. And I couldn’t imagine it any other way!
