We had the good fortune of connecting with Sabrina Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sabrina, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Well, I opened my business during the lockdowns. How scary was that. Funny thing is, I wasnt scared. I felt excited and ready to jump in feet first. So Id say my thought process was pretty clear. I had wanted to open my own SPA suite and bring a holistic approach to antiaging and teach people how to take care of their skin from the inside out . Ive always felt like I had a bigger purpose in life to help people and I had already been in the beauty industry for 20 years, so, when it came time to make the decision , I knew it was time. It felt right in my body and everything just started to line up.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Kiss Her Face Aesthetics is a holistic Skincare suite in Frisco Texas. I think what sets me apart from others is my belief that the skin will work better when our nervous system is relaxed. I specialize in aroma therapy, charka and energy clearing, Guasha and lymphatic drainage as well as all the traditional aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, Microchanneling, microdermabrasion, Hydrafacials and acne facials. Its not about a quick fix with me and I like to take my time to learn about each clients goals.

My business is mostly word of mouth. Im still learning social media. Kiss Her Face Aesthetics has a Facebook page and an Instagram site that is constantly being up dated with current customer treatment progress photos.

Some of the lessons I have learned along the way is that there is a place for everyone. Each and every one of us has a special gift. Find something you love and tap into it. I learned that nothing comes easy. I grew up in Nova Scotia Canada and have been working since I was 11 years old. I had to learn some hard truths about surivial & working hard and Sometimes when one door closes. its actually just opening up to show you the direction that is meant for you.

Kiss Her Face Aesthetics is all about beautiful skin from the inside out.
My facials are 90 minutes to two hours. I believe in taking my time and giving each client the treatment they deserve. I love helping my clients achieve their skin goals in a relaxed, holistic way and providing a space that they feel is their own.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My Itinerary would be – Waking up and working out. I love Rockbox in Frisco. Its a 45 minute kickboxing class and it feels GREAT to kick a bag. Next we would stop into my favorite Juice shop ; Clean Juice Frisco and enjoy fresh juice, or smoothies. My favorite is the Coffee One with blue Spirulina. After that we would shower and then go visit my favorite meditation/manifestation spot, The Harmonic Egg In mckinney for an amazing 50 minute, zero gravity, sound and light healing. Stephanie the owner is amazing and so sweet.
For lunch we would swing over to J. Theodore then walk next door to my favorite nail salon – Eden Nail spa. My Favorite hair salon is in Mckinney called MG Salon. Marinda is so amazing at what she does. For dinner we would most likely be with family and so my favorite family restaurant is Didis Downtown, Frisco. They have Live music, amazing food. drinks and a great patio.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?

My friends and family who help me with my children while I worked and studied.
