We had the good fortune of connecting with Rosa Diana and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rosa, how does your business help the community?
I have a local social group that connects women new and old to Dallas to other women looking for friendships in the community. The group allows women to have a place to obtain resources such as recommendations : OBGYN hair salons, schools for their kids, to the newest restaurant opening. The ladies post invitations to connect with each other such as gym invites, brunch invites, and dinner invites. They have even gone on trips together and found new business partners. My work as a content creator on Tiktok and Instagram brings Dallas businesses customers, brand awareness, and sales.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a multihyphenate. I wear many hats. I work as a content creator on tiktok and IG. I  curate  content creator social events as well as meetups for my group. I also work as a social media consultant teaching influencers and small businesses how to grow on tiktok and instagram in order to monetize their platform. I’m working on a social media coaching program( releasing soon) as I am a creator who loves teaching social media and I want other creators to thrive. I developed my own social media growth strategies which took my Instagram from 0-10,000 in 6 months. I stopped working as a Regisrered Nurse about 4 years ago and moved into sales at medical spas and a pilates studio as I knew nurse life was too stressful for me long term and caused tremendous anxiety and depression. I’ve always wanted to work for self and had many entrepreneurial side hustles in college. When covid happened I decided to take social media seriously and went all in investing into my online business at the time. I had to learn in dept the ins and outs of social media to grow the online store. I started teaching others how to do the same. I started to post places in Dallas that I loved as an escape of my anxiety and love for esthetically pleasing places. I’ve always been very social and love trying new restaurants especially ones with a beautiful esthetic. My tiktok videos started going viral and ladies kept commenting they were new to Dallas and had no friends to go out to the places I posted so I started a friends group for Dallas ladies looking for friends. The group grew so fast and in 6 months I now have almost 15,000 ladies in my Dallas Social Butterflies group. Nursing taught me how to multitask, patience, and prioritizing all needed to manage a social group. I had no clue about Facebook business or their Facebook creator studio. I’ve learned so much about Facebook and how to use it as a business. Facebook has a ton of restricted topics so I also offer my Dallas Social Butterfly app for ladies looking to connect on a non-restricted organized platform( my membership club app).Nursing also taught me the psychology needed in my sales roles and now social media. I’ve learned to take time for self care, the power of manifestation, and the importance of clearing all negative people out of my life in order to gain clarity. I want everyone to know that no matter your age or where you declare you are in life you can always pivot and change. That power is all in you as there is no better time to turn your passion into profit by sharing your unique gifts and helping others.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
During the day I would take them to my favorite brunch spots: Mexican Sugar, Ida Claire, and Haywire. I would def have to take them for lunch on a rooftop patio maybe The Henry or Terra. The Dallas arboretum is a beautiful place for daytime stroll. We would def have a walk around Bishops Arts District to check out some shopping,Casa Blanca, Parasido, and then a outdoor movie at Rooftop Cinema. In the evening I take them to a fun speakeasy like RSVD Pink or La Viuda Negra. Rooftop dinner for the evenings at Catbird and Monarch to end the trip.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to shoutout my following. I appreciate all of their messages about how grateful they are for finding my platform and how much it has helped them get settled and find resources in the city.
