We had the good fortune of connecting with Ron Toye and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ron, how does your business help the community?
Helping a person or family invest in a home is one of the best ways to build long-term generational wealth. 2/3s of the wealth in this country is tied to the equity people have in their homes. I want to do everything in my power to get as many people into a home so they can change their financial future.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am excited to be with a company like CrossCountry Mortgage. Their products team make sure we have every tool possible to serve our clients needs. We have access to Down Payment and Closing Cost assistance loans making it possible for people to purchase a home who havent been able to save a lot. We have Portfolio programs to build custom homes, investor options, Everything! It is amazing as a problem solving professional to have the backing I have. My Branch Manager, Andy Tuttle, has a saying we all repeat every morning, Q: “What do we help people with?” A: “One of the biggest financial decisions of their lives!” Q: “And how do we treat them?” A: “Like Family!” That mindset is what I take to every client meeting and call.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
They will need to eat at Al Biernat’s North at least once Then Take a trip to the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and enjoy lunch at their amazing restaurant.
