Hi Ron, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
So I’ve always been a pleaser, i have always wanted to be the person that changed lives and after a lot of consideration i turned towards the financial industry to start to be the change.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own Thompson Financial & Co LLC, it is a credit repair company mainly but we have been dipping our feet into the real estate industry heavy. What sets us apart is when you come to my company we are family and will treat you as such. No one is more important than the next client we are equal. I treat every file like its my own personal file. Im most proud of getting 12 families in a home under 11 months to say the least. With God everything was possible, its not easy but if you have faith hard work and dedication then you too can achieve! You can overcome any challenge by evaluating your plan and executing it day in and day out. I learned that you can not wait for someone to support you, you have to put it in their face then the rest will follow. I want the world to know that Thompson Financial is here to make a change and be the change. We want better in these communities.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Some of the best spots in the city shopping shoes wise im going to my boy Willie at Escros over at Firewheel to pick up the latest exclusive kicks. Food hands down we are making a trip to Nubia’s Drive thru for some great comfort food. I’ve been wanting to try this Tex mex bbq by pinche smokers heard they are taking over. Definitely would go catch a Mavs game. Something smooth along those lines.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I most definitely want to shout out Silky smooth Thompson! She has been very supportive in light of our son passing she definitely deserves her flowers! John Abbott has been a father to me and has taught me so much. I appreciate him! I want to give my family their flowers. Brother Robert Thompson, sister Camisha Thompson, Brother Ben Henderson, Mother Joyce weatherall.. My uncle Ced, Uncle Joe my loving Grandmother as well as my Cousin Darnell Smith i want to thank Peter and Marie Bullock for believing in me! Love all of you.
