We had the good fortune of connecting with Rico & Altovia McNeal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rico & Altovia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My name is Altovia McNeal, and with the help of my husband Rico McNeal. We are the founders of Love Our Love LLC, Love Our Love is a couples company, Our goal is to empower couples by teaching them affective ways to keep their relationship healthy and happy.

The reason we launched Love Our Love, was to give couples a positive circle, to be surrounded with. A group of like minded people who can relate with the challenges marriage and relationship face before marriage. The divorce rates are high in our communities, It was important for us to create a platform that would help save marriages and encourage singles to date with a purpose.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Love Our Love LLC, started with monthly date night events in the DFW area and annual trips. We would gather 5-15 couples and go on vacations together once a year.

When the pandemic hit, date night and traveling paused. Some our couples start to face financial hardships, that caused arguments and major disagreements.

One night we wrote out our mission statement and thought, how can we serve and help relationships hit the reset button, Most of their arguments were associate with communication and finances.

That is when Love Our Love start to offer relationship and financial literacy services. We teach couples how to understand their partners love language, effectives ways to communicate, we offer credit repair services and teach our couples how to restore their credit, save, and budget together.

Over the pass year we have successfully help over 10 couples recommit to one another, and now they have a healthy union. Because of our financial literacy program, couples have been able to purchase their first home, family vehicle, and start new businesses.

Although Love Our Love specialize in coaching couples, we also offer services to our singles! This year our financial literacy program have enrolled a substantial amount of singles with a desire to purchase their first home.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We love everything about Texas especially uptown and downtown Dallas.
