We had the good fortune of connecting with Rene’ Alford Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rene’, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Watching my mom bless others.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am employed healthcare administration. I also an entrepreneur w/TeamJones Jewelry and Accessories and Founder of BAB FOUNDATION INC. I must say it’s hard juggling multiple businesses and pouring yourself into them daily. But God! I have realized we all have the same 24hours in a day and I can only do so much. I try to delegate certain tasks to others. I realize I am uniquely and wonderfully made and that sets me apart. I have many goals I wish to accomplish and will continue to P.U.S..H. Pray Until Something Happens. The BAB FOUNDATION is all about Being A Blessing (period) We might not have everything we want but we have everything we need and wish to bless others as we see fit. To brighten a child’s day with toys, clothes or the homeless population with basic necessities or a prom dress to a high schooler it’s all rewarding!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well my favorite spot Chili’s lol. I am a sports fan so therefore check out some of the local places like Texas Rangers or the Mavericks spots. I am a Google-a-Holic so I would check to see what’s going on for the weekend in my area.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
