Meet Rebecca Ball | Owner and Lead Designer of Faithful Blooms

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rebecca Ball and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rebecca, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
Floral design is such a unique blend of art, nature, and emotion. It’s one of those careers that truly brings creativity and artistic ability to life. There’s something special that happens when a floral designer can take floral stems and greenery and create a whole emotional experience—telling stories, setting moods, and capturing once in a life time moments through their arrangements. Behind every creative piece is a couple that has a story to tell!
Each bridal bouquet or centerpiece isn’t just flowers; it’s a memory in the making.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets us apart is the heart behind our work — rooted in small-town hospitality and big-dream creativity. We are proud to create bouquets and arrangements that reflects our passion for detail, our love for people, and our belief that flowers should be a creative expression of the love that our couples share.

The dream of owning Faithful Blooms, started over 20 years ago. I have owned a flower shop in Florida and managed shops in Delaware and New York, but the dream I had was to just specialize in weddings and events. I love making couples dreams come true on their wedding day, or elevating a women’s luncheon with touches of flowers and decor. It was not an easy task to create a business from the ground up and without a following in a new state. With help from my amazing family and friends I was able to start small. Taking chances on bridal shows, open houses, and small weddings helped us grow in ways we never imagined. More than anything, investing time into building real relationships with other vendors has been essential. The most important lesson I’ve learned is to treat clients the way I’d want to be treated. We believe in complete transparency with our pricing and offering the kind of customer service that makes people feel truly cared for. Everything — even the busiest event week — can be handled with a kind word and a calm heart.

I want the world to know that this isn’t just about flowers — it’s about connection. Every arrangement that we design carries intention, emotion, and a story. Our brand was built on small-town values: kindness, trust, and going the extra mile. We’ve grown this business by staying true to those values, while dreaming big and creating a personal experience for every client. Whether it’s a grand wedding or event instillation or a single bridal bouquet, we put our heart into it — because every moment deserves the same attention and love.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to give a shoutout to my husband, Jason Ball. It’s incredible to have someone in your corner who believes in you, sees the vision and helps bring it to life. Building a business from the ground up is no small feat, especially in such a personal and creative field like floral design. The kind of partnership we have is something everyone should experience! We bring our strengths to the table and support each other—it makes all the difference, especially when you’re pouring your heart into a growing business and a busy family!
