We had the good fortune of connecting with Ray Anderson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ray, what principle do you value most?
Speaking for all of us at Ray Ray’s Podcast I would say Integrity. We pride ourselves on always doing the right thing no matter the outcome, our word is our bond

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
One thing I can say they differs us from other is the fact we are consistent. There have been so many people that have started shows/Podcasts that didn’t stick it out. We launched Ray Ray’s Podcast in February 2020 right before the start of the pandemic. We continued to keep pressing and keep going even though it was very difficult to do so. We still continue to push we are steadily increasing our demographics and reach. We are currently listened to in 25 Countries and we are available on every major streaming platform from Apple, Spotify, Google, Amazon, Pandora, iheartradio, and so many more. Some of the lessons we have learned on the way have been to not wait on anyone and make things happen for yourself. What I mean by that is you can research and teach yourself how to do things for yourself instead of paying ir waiting on someone. Also don’t be afraid to reach out to people you want to interview or have on your show, the worse thing someone can say is no, you wouldn’t have gotten that answer without asking. One last bit of advice always have a paper trail that could be anything from receipts, texts, release forms etc. Always protect yourself never leave room for miscommunication.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Man such a good don’t even know where to start. If we are up north in the Frisco/Plano area definitely going to go to The Star in Frisco check out all the Cowboys stuff, while at The Star definitely going to eat at Sushi Marquee one of the most unique and entertaining restaurants around. Would also visit The Shops at Legacy one of my favorite bars to hang and watch games at just opened up called Shakertin’s they now have multiple locations. If we’re down more in the central Dallas area if Im in the mood for seafood Shell Shack is a must. Far as cool things go to Delta Charlies they do dinner and private flights over Dallas. I would visit all the historical sights such as the grassy knoll, go kart racing at Andretti’s & also Sporting events… So much to do here lol

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
