Hi Raphael, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“It’s not about what you have in your hands , rather how you treat what’s in your hands “.
This quote always brings my awareness to the power I have over my situations. Knowing that my attitude towards my situation will always be the factor that determines my success or failure.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In my business, I focus on providing personalized training and fitness solutions that cater to the unique needs of each client. What sets me apart is my commitment to understanding my clients’ individual goals and challenges, allowing me to create tailored programs that truly resonate with them. And in my years of experience ; I’ve discovered that : the environment in which workout is performed influences results hence the my annual wellness retreat . Where I take my client from their homes to a very relaxing environment which makes them focus on nothing but their wellbeing.
I’m most proud of the transformations I’ve witnessed in my clients, both physically and mentally, as they achieve their fitness aspirations.
Getting to where I am today was not an easy journey. I faced numerous challenges, from building a client base to staying motivated during tough times. However, I overcame these hurdles by continuously educating myself, seeking mentorship, and maintaining a positive mindset. Each setback taught me resilience and the importance of adaptability in this industry.
The lessons I’ve learned along the way include the value of perseverance, the significance of community support, and the necessity of being open to feedback. I want the world to know that my brand is not just about fitness; it’s about empowering individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle and inspiring them to believe in their own potential. My story is one of passion, dedication, and a belief that anyone can achieve their goals with the right support and mindset.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting the DFW area for a week, I’d plan an exciting itinerary filled with great food, fun activities, and must-see attractions.
On Day 1, we’d start with breakfast at a local favorite, like the Original Pancake House in Dallas, then head to the Dallas Arboretum for some beautiful scenery. For lunch, we’d grab some BBQ at Pecan Lodge in Deep Ellum. In the evening, we could check out a live music venue like The Bomb Factory.
Day 2 could be dedicated to Fort Worth. We’d visit the Fort Worth Stockyards to experience the cowboy culture and grab lunch at one of the steakhouses there. Later, we could explore the Kimbell Art Museum before enjoying dinner at the historic Joe T. Garcia’s.
On Day 3, I’d take them to the Dallas Museum of Art and then have lunch at a trendy spot in the Arts District. In the afternoon, we could visit the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. For dinner, we’d enjoy some Tex-Mex at Mi Cocina.
Day 4 would be a fun day at the Six Flags Over Texas amusement park in Arlington, followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant like The Salt Lick BBQ.
On Day 5, we’d explore the Bishop Arts District for unique shops and cafes, then have lunch at one of the local eateries. In the evening, we could visit the Perot Museum of Nature and Science.
Day 6 could involve a trip to Grapevine Lake for some outdoor fun, followed by a wine tasting at one of the local vineyards. We’d wrap up the day with dinner at a lakeside restaurant.
Finally, on Day 7, we’d take it easy with brunch at a cozy cafe, then maybe visit the Dallas Zoo or take a stroll through the Dallas Farmers Market before they head home. This itinerary blends food, culture, and fun, showcasing the best of what DFW has to offer!
