Meet Priscila | Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Priscila and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Priscila, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
Seeing how others light up with my creations. “This looks too beautiful to eat” is what I hear very often, and it warms my heart. I grew up with both of my parents having a culinary background, so taking this on and now curating beautiful events for others while they get to enjoy their day makes it all the better.
My favorite part of this is seeing how my regulars continue to use me for several events. From weddings to their baby showers and now all birthdays. Seeing their children grow up and being a part of their special day makes it all the better.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Our Charcuterie cart is one of the first ones in DFW and we love to showcase it with our homemade jam pairings as well as honey. I am definitely biased but we have the best customer service. When booking with us during our events we love to walk people through our favorite bites and ways to enjoy our product. Making sure every bite is bursting with flavor and memorable because at the end of the day people love food and so do we! Alongside our Charcuterie cart we provide beautiful tablescape arrangements showcasing appetizers such as warm brie and caprese salad. We do more than lay out cheese and charcuterie, we deliver flavor pairings worth remembering.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Wow DFW is huge and there are so many places to check out!
First, I would take them to bishop arts in Dallas, La Reunion for a cocktail and live music.
Vidorra in Addison has my heart. I love their appetizers, food and margaritas!
The reunion tower for its unique views.
The boiling crab is my boyfriend’s favorite spot for delicious crab and finger licking shrimp!
Carrolton is my favorite spot for Korean BBQ and karaoke!
Fort Worth for Buffalo bros and then stockyards.
The coupe in Fort Worth is my favorite cocktail bar, the owner Lauren is truly a gem!
Texas live, Texas Rangers, Cowboys stadium are a must visit.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Where do I begin. There are so many people who have helped me along the way but there is one person who never fails to be there for every second of it all. My Boyfriend Edgar Valverde. From making the grocery lists to shopping and prepping for the events to setting up and servicing the events. Being able to rely on him since day one has been a huge help. He has an eye for tying it all together allowing me to take a step back and let him lead when necessary.
