We had the good fortune of connecting with Preston Maxwell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Preston, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Caring about the people we work with is the key to our success. Whether its the people that work for us or the client that hires us I want the people that I interact with to feel valued. On each project I try to devote ample time to building a relationship with our clients and thoroughly understanding their expectations. This creates happy clients and a reputation that we are proud of!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our business was founded on the principles that work should be quality and affordable. Our business is unique in that we put people before our projects. Each project is directly handled by the ownership of our company which allows consistency and efficiency to always be at the forefront of our actions. Unlike other companies, who send crews out to jobsites without much direct supervision, we have direct supervision by the owners at every project. Our goal is to provide excellent work to everyone that hires us and this model ensures that each customer receives top notch work. While this hasn’t always been easy to maintain, we are certainly proud that we have persevered and can guarantee the quality of our work on each project!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had friends coming in from out of town I would certainly make sure that I took them to Grandscape. I think the way that area is set up is awesome. If they had never visited Scheels I would be sure to take them there and then grab a bite to eat at LSA!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family and church community are the reason that I have been so successful in life and business. They give me the constant encouragement and friendship that fuels my purpose in life. They are the real heroes in my story!
