We had the good fortune of connecting with Osiris Ayala and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Osiris, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Well, it’s kind of a long story, but to keep it short I basically stumbled into this business through someone introducing me to it—something I didn’t even know existed at the time! From there, I just learned every angle from the ground up, and eventually I thought, ‘Hey, I can do this on my own!’ And that’s how it all started.”
You know, like a lot of people, I always had this vague feeling that I wanted to run my own business someday. I just didn’t have a clue what kind, where to start, or how it would happen. But I knew I didn’t want to just sit on the sidelines watching other people do it ( be rich and travel etc. )So when this opportunity popped up and someone introduced me to this field, I jumped in, learned everything I could, and eventually decided to do my own thing

What should our readers know about your business?

Sure! So our business, Hail Team Specialists, is all about top-notch paintless dent repair. What really sets us apart is the personal touch and the fact that we treat every customer like family. I’m most proud of how we’ve built a reputation for quality and honesty. And, you know, getting here definitely wasn’t always easy. There were challenges, like figuring out how to stand out in a crowded market and learning all the ins and outs of running a busines
I hit some real rock-bottom moments, both personally and in business. But one of the ways I overcame those challenges was by changing my perspective and pushing myself. And honestly, a huge part of that was my wife. She set a really high standard for me—in the best possible way. She made it clear that to be the kind of partner worthy of someone like her, I had to rise to the occasion. And that really pushed me to become who I am today

we overcame them by staying persistent and always focusing on doing great work. One big lesson I’ve learned is that trust and relationships are everything. And if there’s one thing I’d want the world to know about us, it’s that we genuinely care about every car and every customer we help.”

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Sure! So if my best friends were visiting and I wanted to give them an amazing time, here’s what we’d do. First, we’d hit up DKC Karting in Greenville for some go-kart racing—it’s super fun and a great way to start off. Then, if we’re going out for the evening, it kind of depends on the crowd. If I’ve got some of my Hispanic friends who love dancing, we’d head over to Gloria’s in Addison for a great night out. And if I’ve got my rave friends in town, we’d definitely check out The Silo in Dallas on a weekend night for that awesome rave vibe

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
“Well, first off, the first person I absolutely have to thank is my wife. She’s not just my wife; she’s a business owner too, and honestly, she’s everything from a mom to a best friend to an amazing business partner. Aside from her, I definitely have to give a lot of love to the people who introduced me to this business in the first place. it’s not that I wouldn’t have done something on my own eventually, but thanks to them, I got that first hint of what this particular business was like. And now, looking back, being financially free and doing something I love, I’m just really grateful they pointed me in this direction. I always knew I’d run some kind of business—this just happened to be the one.”
