Hi Norma, what do you attribute your success to?
The most crucial element behind the success of my brand is staying true to its founding purpose and origin. Originating from a humble background in a small town, I witnessed the lack of resources for women facing challenges like cancer or alopecia. This realization fueled my mission to develop a solution that could positively impact these individuals’ lives and restore their confidence. Remembering this initial drive and commitment to making a difference has been the cornerstone of our brand’s success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my brand apart is the ability to offer products that cater to a diverse range of ages and backgrounds. This accomplishment fills me with pride as it allows me to create a melting pot of connections among individuals who may share common interests but come from different backgrounds. Coming from a small town with limited diversity, this aspect excites me as it breaks barriers and fosters unity. The journey to where I am today in the business world has been far from easy, especially when adapting to the varied tastes and preferences of a broad audience. Overcoming these challenges has been a valuable learning experience, teaching me the importance of patience. Building something innovative without a clear roadmap requires resilience and a willingness to embrace unexpected hurdles. My message to the world is that one’s potential is not confined by their upbringing or surroundings. With patience and curiosity, you can explore the vast opportunities the world offers and make a lasting impact.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a friend were visiting the area for a week-long trip, I would start by exploring the diverse culinary scene that reflects the essence of my brand’s philosophy. We would indulge in a variety of unique food experiences that celebrate different cuisines and cultures. From hidden gems to renowned eateries, we would savor the flavors that symbolize the harmony of diversity. This culinary journey would also serve as a gateway to understanding and appreciating the richness of various traditions and backgrounds.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my mother. Being a single mother in a small town, she faced challenges without the luxury of extra support and resources. I am deeply grateful for the invaluable experiences, lessons, and selfless values she instilled to me. Her unwavering love and guidance have played a significant role in shaping my journey and the success of my brand.
