Meet N’kole Bryant | CEO | Businesswoman | Breast Cancer Advocate

We had the good fortune of connecting with N’kole Bryant and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi N’kole, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
WarriorQueen, is an organization that epitomizes strength, courage, and advocacy. Our mission is to empower women, especially those facing the challenges of breast cancer diagnoses and survivorship, helping them discover their inner WarriorQueen.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am N’kole Bryant—a visionary, strategist, and storyteller dedicated to connecting communities, elevating voices, and driving meaningful change. My work spans multiple industries, blending media, consulting, and cultural advocacy to create spaces where people feel seen and empowered.
Through my businesses and platforms, I’ve built a foundation that merges storytelling, strategy, and impact. It has also allowed me to become an award-winning filmmaker and journalist, using my platform to tell stories that matter and advocate for those who need to be heard. In The Blk Consulting has allowed me to help businesses, creatives, and organizations strategize, grow, and amplify their influence, ensuring their work reaches the right audiences. Meanwhile, Word On Da Street W/Judah has become a powerful media platform, shaping conversations around social justice, culture, and entrepreneurship, making a lasting impact in Dallas and beyond.
What truly sets me apart is my ability to merge storytelling with action. I don’t just document change—I create it, whether through consulting, media presence, or community initiatives. My journey has been one of resilience, innovation, and purpose, and one of my greatest battles was overcoming Triple Negative Breast Cancer. That fight shaped me in ways I never imagined, pushing me to embrace my strength, my voice, and my purpose even more.
Emerging victorious, I went on to create WarriorQueen, my community organization dedicated to empowering and educating women about breast health and safety, all while reinforcing the message that early detection saves lives. That’s why I launched Mammos & Margs, an event that brings women together in a fun, supportive, and informative space to prioritize their health, get screened, and celebrate life. This year’s Mammos & Margs is going to be bigger than ever, and I want YOU to be part of it! Whether you’re coming to learn, connect, or simply enjoy the energy, this event is about taking control of your health and encouraging others to do the same. So, let’s make it happen—Get Ya Mammogram and join us in the fight for awareness, early detection, and empowerment!
Every challenge, every victory, and every lesson has fueled my commitment to building spaces where people can thrive, be heard, and make a difference. The work isn’t done, but I know that every step forward strengthens the movement and the stories that will be told for generations to come.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, I’ve got the perfect lineup! When someone comes to visit, I want them to experience the culture, creativity, and energy that make this city special.
Sunday night, we kick things off at The Free Man—one of my favorite spots for live music, Cajun food, and great drinks. Nothing beats sitting back and enjoying a killer band while diving into some wings or red beans & rice.
Next stop? Pan African Connection—a must-visit for true cultural fellowship and shopping. It’s more than just a store; it’s a hub for connection, learning, and community. Every time I step inside, I leave feeling inspired.
Of course, we’ve got to have some fun, so we’re heading to Cidercade—where we can sip on ciders while playing all the classic arcade games. It’s nostalgic, competitive, and the perfect way to unwind.
I also want my guests to experience the artistry of Dallas, so we’ll check out South Dallas Cultural Center, The Urban Arts Center, and Soul Rep Theatre Company, catching any shows or events happening that week. We round out the trip with a visit to Art Park, where the atmosphere is electric with creativity, followed by an evening of poetry slams featuring local Dallas artists.
Dallas has so much to offer, and my goal is always to make sure visitors leave feeling like they’ve experienced the soul of the city.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I will always give a shoutout to my partner in culture, Judah Agbonkhina. You’ve had my back from day one, standing in my corner even when no one else did. You’ve always believed in me, empowered me, and pushed me to step into my greatness—never letting me forget my worth or my purpose.
Thank you for being more than just a best friend—for being a force, a light, and a truly incredible human. We’ve laid a blueprint, and I’m eternally appreciative.
