Meet Nikki Cade

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Nikki Cade again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Nikki, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
I am currently transistioning from nikkicadestudio over to minimuseshop.com in order to focus on dollmaking and my collector’s club.
This January, I celebrated my 2 year anniversary of the collector’s club and launched the new website.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Things are going great. I’ve been excited to grow my business social media and subscription. It’s a slow process, but I’m staying the course because it brings me so much joy.
I have a goal this year to do more pop up shops because I love meeting customers in real life. My next even will be at Anthropologie at Watters Creek in Allen, Texas in March.
I’ve also started a waitlist for my mini muse heirloom dolls that will launch soon, and it’s filling up quickly!
You can see more behind the scenes now on my new blog.

We also want to give folks a chance to get to know you a bit better so we’ve prepared a fun lightning round of questions. Ready?

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
I hope everyone loves the new brand. My goal was to create a vibe that is nostalgic and charming to remind you of the childhood memories we all hold near and dear to our hearts.
There’s something magical about handmade that I hope others feel too. I want you to remember that supporting a small business, (especially a handmade business), means you are helping a real person and/or family and your patronage is giving to their passion and often their livelihood.
