We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicolette Silva and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicolette, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Survive obstacles

Clear your own path
Cultivate lasting relationships
Eliminate obstacles
See beyond what is right in front of you
Set goals and obtain them
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Becoming a fashion blogger and digital creator started as a creative outlet. I have always had a passion for fashion, art and style. Getting into blogging is my way of being able to express my thoughts and style to anyone who wants to listen to me. I believe style and fashion is more than just a brand name or whatever is currently trending. It is my mission to instill confidence in my followers, not just give them a good outfit idea. I want to go deeper than the average blogger who just lists the latest thing on Amazon. My motto is a person with confidence can wear a brown paper bag and still feel incredible. But of course a cute bag and shoes would make it that much sweeter. Blogging is not as easy as it looks. The time it takes to develop and execute good content can takes hours. The planning, editing or photos, creating if reels, wording of posts, making story frames, engaging. I love the whole process but I was surprised how much time it could consume. Along the way I have learned to manage my time more efficiently and I have gotten much quicker and better with photo editing and creating reels. I keep telling myself that as long as I am having fun and it remains fulfilling then it is worth doing.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
That’s easy. Spa day, all day long. Shopping day, or days. There are way too many amazing places to eat in Dallas. I love the Monarch. I would also just pop around and check out new places, whatever looked good menu wise. I like to try new things. If the Cowboys were playing I would of course get tickets to the game. Really, if my best friend was here, it wouldn’t matter what we were doing as long as we were together.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband. He is my rock and I couldn’t imagine doing life without him.
