We had the good fortune of connecting with Mona Mostadim and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mona, how do you think about risk?
I’m a big risk taker & believe in trial and error. I got myself into an industry that I knew nothing about. Taking this risk in my life was one of the biggest moves I’ve ever made, I simply based my future on the faith of helping others & because I love what I do, it has thankfully paid off.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Wig Fairy is a human hair wig salon that specializes in customizing wigs with cuts, styles, sizing, color and repairs. It’s a one stop shop for all wig things. We primarily work with women going through hair loss, sometimes the hair loss is due to Cancer treatments, genetics, autoimmune & Alopecia to name a few. We ship in the US and offer in person and virtual consultations.

I’m a big risk taker, taking risks in my life has taken a big role on my family because I have two children and for them to be able to look up to a mom who is willing to expand outside of the norm has made them become a lot stronger.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A big thank you to my family for always supporting me/ my incredible team and a bigger thank you to my mother Maggie who always pushed me to do better and take risks. If it wasn’t because of her love and encouraging words I would have never taken the leap into this career.
