We had the good fortune of connecting with Mirna Ayoub and Ricky Gonzalez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mirna and Ricky, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
Never give up! That is by far the biggest thing we would tell any entrepreneur that wants to start their own business. It is hard, building your own business takes time and a whole lot of patience and comes with a lot of hardships but the end results are way worth it.

You never stop learning and when you think you know it all is when it is time to grow farther. You have to keep yourself humble to learn more. Always watch others and understand why they are succeeding and learn from it. We never take anyone as competition as we believe there is a lot of business for every one of us to grow!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What started as a hobby grew into something unimaginable. We are just so excited to be where we are today and keep getting clients that in a million years we would not have even thought we can work with. Mirna, who just bought a Cricut in 2019 started just dabbling into making decals, shirts, and other printing when she met Ricky who was the graphic design guru. I, Mirna, started using Ricky to help me design a few things and from there we worked together so well that we thought we can really be set apart from others. Jump to 2021 we are now working with clients like Lisa’s Chicken, Pop Zero Popcorn, and a whole bunch of entrepreneurs who are just starting out. With us, we care about every single client, whether you are a very new small business to a very well-known bigger corporations. We want to make sure that whatever we are designing that the client is 100% happy with their design.

We are so honored that our clients choose us every day! They are our building stones to where we are! Without them, we would not be where we are today.

Building this business was not easy. We wanted to quit so many times and close down shop but every time we would think of doing so, another big client would fall into our laps. We decided to work through differences that both partners had and put our brains together to learn and understand how to work as one and how to grow the business together. Being in a partnership takes time and most definitely communication! It is like a marriage but a profiting marriage! Learning each other and understanding what pain points each partner has helped align us to work together.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
– We are a company that truly cares. When our clients succeed in their business, we feel like we are also suceeding. As stated before, without our clients we are nothing! We are so thankful for every single one of them and we are so thankful they choose us every day.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Visit:

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our significant others and family for sure! They have been there for us at the very start and they always push us to continue. They have helped tremendously mentor us through our journey, teaching us a few business lessons and listening to us complain almost 24/7! They are for sure the real MVPs of our backstory.
