Hi Meagan, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
The key habits that helped me succeed in my business are staying organized, being determined, and leading with faith. Staying organized allowed me to manage my time and resources effectively, determination kept me pushing forward through challenges, and leading with faith gave me the confidence to take risks and trust the process.

At MeaganRanee&co., we don’t just style brides—we create an unforgettable experience built on faith, beauty, and confidence. As a faith-based bridal stylist company and salon, our mission is to enhance each client’s natural beauty while making them feel truly special inside and out. What sets us apart is our commitment to excellence, personalized service, and the belief that beauty is more than just appearance—it’s about feeling empowered, radiant, and loved.

Getting to where I am today in business has been a journey filled with challenges, but my faith, determination, and passion for helping others have kept me going. Building a business is never easy, but I’ve learned that perseverance, adaptability, and surrounding yourself with the right people make all the difference. Through every obstacle, I’ve stayed focused on my purpose..

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Fort Worth for a week, I’d make sure they got the full Texas experience—starting with a trip to the iconic Fort Worth Stockyards. There’s nothing like cowboy culture. We’d grab some Texas barbecue for sure places like Terry Blacks or Heims. To mix things up, we’d take a short drive to Dallas for a day of shopping at NorthPark or Highland Park Village, home to designer stores and upscale boutiques. After a day of shopping, we’d enjoy an elegant dinner at The Monarch, which is my personal fav.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my grandmother, who has always encouraged me, pushed me to be my best, and inspired me to make her proud. Her unwavering support and belief in me have been a driving force in my journey. And above all, I give credit to God—none of this would be possible without Him.
