We had the good fortune of connecting with Maria Posner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Maria, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?

My business gives me the opportunity to work 1 on 1 with women from around the global empowering them and encouraging them to go after their dreams!

I am a firm believer that women have the power to strengthen our families, kids and society at large when they find a purpose and a vehicle to achieve their goals.

I am committed to help common women like me create an extraordinary life with the power of Social Selling.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Network Marketing came into my life without me looking for it but I am so thankful for it! Over the years and as I have achieved a certain level of success the biggest shift has been working my personal brand and understanding that even if many companies, teams or people offer the same “product” as I do, I am the differentiating factor.

My interest in people, their dreams and their skills makes me a leader thats strategically capable but also empathic and warm.

I lead a personal team in 8 countries and the diversity bring its own set of challenges, but when as a leader we identify that basic human needs and desires are the same everywhere its easier to serve the masses!

Whether I am working with my personal team or coaching other network marketing professionals and leaders my biggest tool is listening and always making the person or group in front of me feel special.

This is of incredible importance now more than ever since people live in a never ending rush, if we just stop and listen we would be able to lead better, sell more, make a bigger impact etc.

So I would definitely say that the biggest lesson I have learned over the years is to listen well and remember that the most important aspect of any business is the people!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The DFW is such a great area!

I would definitely plan to visit the DMA and enjoy the exhibit, this is probably one of my favorite free attractions in the area and you can also end the trip down there in the Klyde Warren Park especially with the amazing Fall weather we are experiencing these days.

I would definitely reserve dinner at Monaco, which is a small but charming restaurant in Las Colinas, and since the service is impeccable I don’t hesitate to take guests over! Hopefully they have some chamomile grappa as an after dinner drink.

I love the Legacy West area, especially if we are taking my kids with me, they enjoy walking around and are in love with some of the restaurants in the strip.

Since we live in Anna, TX Downtown Mckinney is a family favorite as well, the antique shops are simple, charming and the food scene is better than ever. We love Cadillac pizza for family nights out and Harvest for a more fancy experience, their farm to table menu is extraordinary.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

The Lord deserves all the praise in regards to my success! Knowing that I am a daughter of the King and I was created with a purpose keeps me going on the hardest days! I also have to shout out my husband, he is my biggest support and also my most trusted adviser, Alfredo is a fundamental part of my organization.

We are not only partners in life but in business.
