Hi Marco, what’s your definition for success?
I define success as the ability to genuinely help my community and the people in it. When my customers leave our shop feeling confident and satisfied with the work we’ve performed, that’s a real measure of success for me. As a business owner, I strive to provide top-quality service at an affordable price, all while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both my team and my customers. Keeping the shop running smoothly, ensuring my employees are happy, and seeing our business thrive are all key factors in my definition of success. Ultimately, I measure success by the happiness that surrounds us—happy customers, a motivated team, and a growing reputation. When my clients are speaking highly of us and bringing in new business, that’s when I know we’re truly succeeding.

What should our readers know about your business?
We’re currently in an exciting stage of growth, expanding our team and taking on more challenging projects. We’re also building our social media presence, now with over 200k followers across platforms, which has allowed us to connect with more people and showcase our work. What sets us apart is our focus on valuing our work and knowing our worth. This has helped us make better business decisions and take on jobs that align with our skills and passion. Getting here wasn’t easy—there were challenges in building the right team and maintaining high standards—but persistence and dedication have been key. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to stay true to your vision and put in the effort every day. Our brand is all about providing quality service, building lasting relationships, and always growing.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since we’re in Dallas, Texas, there are definitely some must-visit spots! For fun, I’d take my best friend to Six Flags Over Texas, The Great Big Game Show at The Colony, Puttery, DKC Go Karts, and WorldSprings. For some amazing food, we’d hit up Ten Sushi, The Henry, Gus’ Famous Fried Chicken, Pluckers, and if they’ve never been to Texas, they absolutely have to try Whataburger! For nightlife, we’d check out 7th Street in Fort Worth, Fry Street in Denton, a Milli, and The Nines. These spots offer a mix of excitement, great vibes, and a true taste of what Dallas and the surrounding areas have to offer!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The obvious answer to this question is my father, who started this business back in 2003. My mission is to continue growing the business he built, and that requires a great deal of hard work, dedication, and knowledge—all of which I learned from him. He is the hardest-working person I know, with an undeniable passion for cars, and I’m thankful that he passed that same passion on to me. As for support and encouragement, my friends and family provide me with an endless amount of motivation and love, which fuels my drive every day. Their unwavering belief in me keeps me going and striving for success.
