Meet Lynnaiè Lane | Body Sculptor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lynnaiè Lane and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lynnaiè, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process for starting my own business began when I started asking myself, ‘Why am I working so hard for someone else’s dream when I could use that same dedication for myself?’. It just hit me! Over my years I’ve held multiple jobs and careers with a ‘first in – last out’ attitude but now I choose to work hard to make my own dreams come true! Having your own business can definitely be stressful and scary sometimes but having the ability to create your own future for yourself is empowering and always worth it!
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m excited to be apart of a newer yet rapidly growing industry of Body Sculpting/Contouring. Technological advances are happening in all industries like education, health and the beauty industry has also kept with those changes as well. I think it’s amazing that I can use non-invasive techniques to help my clients achieve their body goals. Body Sculpting helps people get the shape and look people want using non invasive techniques which can be a safer alternative to traditional cosmetic surgery. I was introduced to these technologies while studying Nursing at NYU (New York University) and was able to experience just how powerful and effective the technology can be. Since I have used my nursing background to help my clients achieve the look they want whether it be tightening skin after major weightloss or baby, or helping them eliminate some stubborn fat that just doesn’t seem to want to go away after hours in the gym! I think what sets me apart from competitors is that I not only get results but I’m also committed to my clients complete support through their journey by providing complimentary services such as a nutrition and fitness coaching so that that clients have better results that last longer. I’ve found that you create brand loyalty by actually investing in your clients success so it was necessary for me to make sure my clients have a team of professionals committed to helping them love what they see in the mirror.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
As a Jersey Girl in Texas it has been so fun to find so many fun things to do in DFW. First, if it’s State Fair time that would be my first destination, no one can say “Welcome to Texas,” like Big Tex can! The State fair is an amazing way to sample Texas traditions, foods and culture. Next, I would take a day for sports. “Did you say football?” AT&T Stadium is one of the first billion dollar stadiums in America and offers daily tours, its a must! Next, we would definitely have to try and catch a rodeo, but if that’s not an option the Stockyards in Fort Worth are always a great way to spend an afternoon and get some great food. Don’t forget to stop and take a picture with the cattle! I love fishing so a day at Joe Pool Lake would be next on the itinerary. I personally like going to Cedar Hill State Park entrance, there, the rangers are friendly, the park is clean and there are tons of places to fish. Catching a fish isn’t guaranteed but having a good time with friends is. If you need to get in the water I would then take my friends to Panther Pavillion in downtown Fort Worth, there you can rent a paddle board or kayak and do a 2 mile adventure down the waterway, if you’ve built up an appetite after that renting a city bike and riding to a local restaurant is the next best move. And my final destination would be Downtown Dallas for some night time activities, Toller patio has a nice relaxed atmosphere and some amazing queso dip that all can enjoy.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First, I would like to thank my Grandma whose mentorship and love has helped guide me eventhough she is no longer with me. I am also blessed to have an amazing group of friends that I met through social media who have inspired me to continously be creative and to never quit on my dreams.
