Hi Luiz, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
First of all, starting to develop education in a simple and practical way came through my experience where I could understand the difference in opportunities that high-income people had and I, who came from the periphery, studying in public schools and always needing to combine work and education. The idea was to be able to offer education in an easy way, so that everyone could access content and with that, get more chances to compete in the market.

With a history of more than 15 years in the market, business manager Luiz Otávio Goi has played an important role in the corporate environment, reducing bureaucracy and taking business management to a new level.
Born on the outskirts of São Paulo, the young man did not have any difficulties in his trajectory, studied his whole life in public schools, and focused his goals on building a better future, changing the reality of his family cycle.
Through his studies, Luiz quickly realized that he had the ability to read and practical knowledge, and this directed him to courses in the right area he would work in.
At the age of 15 he entered the job market as a machine operator, despite the difficulties in reconciling work with studies, efforts were necessary to pay for his academic life.
Luiz graduated in the environmental area, specialized in education, health and safety at work, integrated management systems and has two MBAs, Business Management and Business Sustainability. Over more than 15 years of management experience in the automotive, energy and consumer goods industry, he became the corporate manager of the integrated systems of a large company, which has more than 15,000 employees.
Throughout his journey, he noticed the difficulty of people in understanding management, and started to develop simple and democratic methodologies so that people like him, who did not have the opportunity to study without working, could have access to quality management tools and with that, learn to deal with it in an egalitarian way.
His wish is that employees are more heard in the job market, so that each profile is analyzed, so that there is no longer the qualification of good or bad employees, but rather that each profile applies to a certain type of activity. , and this is the responsibility of the leadership to understand.
