Meet Louise And Priscila | Founders

We had the good fortune of connecting with Louise And Priscila and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Louise and Priscila, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of At The Table is the care and intentionality behind every single detail. Nothing we create is rushed or simply assembled — everything is handcrafted with love, attention, and purpose. From the way we select ingredients to the final touches on our grazing tables, each element is thoughtfully considered.
We grow our own organic herbs like mint and rosemary in our backyard garden, and we harvest them fresh for every event — not just for flavor, but to add a special touch to the presentation. We hand-skewer ingredients with care, caramelize pears from scratch, bake with puff pastry, and craft each arrangement to feel warm, welcoming, and memorable.
At At The Table, we don’t just build boards — we create experiences. It’s this commitment to doing things with heart and intention that truly sets us apart.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We like to say that our art lives at the intersection of creativity and hospitality. What we create is visual, yes — but it’s also about feeling. It’s about the way people light up when they see a table that was made just for them. That emotional reaction is what drives us.
We’re most excited about the storytelling aspect of what we do. Every event is different — a wedding, a baby shower, a birthday, a corporate milestone — and we get to translate those unique moments into edible art. That creative challenge keeps us inspired and constantly evolving.
Professionally, we got here step by step, learning by doing. Neither of us had a background in food styling or events, just a passion for hosting, for beauty, and for making people feel welcome. We started small, said yes before we were “ready,” and trusted our ability to figure it out along the way.
The biggest challenge? Believing that our work was enough. That it didn’t have to look like everyone else’s to be valuable. Once we embraced our own style, everything changed — and people started connecting more deeply with what we were doing.
What we want the world to know is that At The Table is a celebration of intention. We’re not here to just impress — we’re here to connect. We want people to feel joy, warmth, and care in every detail. Because in the end, it’s not about the food — it’s about the people gathered around it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If our best friend were visiting the area, we’d start by showing them Downtown Celina — the heart of our community and one of our favorite places. It has that charming, small-town feel that instantly makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. The historic square is full of character, with local shops, great spots to eat, and events that bring the whole town together. It’s where you really feel the soul of this region.
Next, we’d head to The Adriatica Village in McKinney — a picture-perfect spot that feels like stepping into a European postcard. The stone buildings, peaceful lake, and quiet beauty make it a perfect place for photos, a walk, or just soaking in the view.
Of course, we’d take them to Legacy West — modern, fun, and full of life. It’s the perfect place to shop, people-watch, and try amazing food. We love the contrast between its energy and the slower pace of our little town — it gives visitors the full North Dallas experience.
Throughout the week, we’d also make time for local cafés, maybe a picnic at a nearby vineyard or park, and of course, a meal styled At The Table, with all the handmade touches we’re so passionate about. Because for us, the best experiences come from a mix of beauty, connection, and slowing down enough to really enjoy it all.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without a doubt, our journey wouldn’t be what it is without the support of the people around us. First and foremost, we have to shout out our families — they’ve been our biggest cheerleaders from day one. Whether it’s helping us prep behind the scenes, encouraging us through the long nights, or celebrating each win with us, their love and support mean everything.
We also owe so much to our community — our loyal clients who trust us with their most special moments and continue to refer us, support us, and cheer us on. Every event we’re invited into is a gift, and that never goes unnoticed.
And of course, we want to shout out each other — this business was born from friendship, and growing At The Table together has been one of the most rewarding parts of our lives. There’s nothing quite like building something beautiful with someone who shares your values, your vision, and your heart.
