We had the good fortune of connecting with Lic. Michael Del Toro Navarro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lic. Michael, what do you attribute your success to?
When I founded the company in 1998, and up until this day the company was founded under the principle of passing all vacations at cost and only in-taking profit on the membership dues to be able to compete against all major travel sites and companies. Providing personal exceptional service to all of our members and prospective customers has driven us to success.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The travel industry and therefore our company has suffered economically many times in the past 22 years, including challenges such as the Y2K, 9/11 terrorist attacks, the swine flu and COVID19 among many other crisis. Our Five Diamond Club, however has remained being the world’s most affordable savings club primarily in the travel industry due to its large variety in inventory and unbeatable exclusive member rates at luxury resorts worldwide, offering extra perks such as deep discounts on cruises, airlines, car rentals, hotels, restaurants, services, stores, tours, entertainment and more.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Cancun, has been one of my favorite destinations, and staying at The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort and Spa through the Five Diamond Club membership with a picture perfect Caribbean sea scenery from the suite, dining at my favorite brazilean steakhouse in the World, Bovinos Cancun.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My dad, Alejandro Del Toro, was my mentor and life coach. I owe my success mostly to his personal coaching and advice. He was a successful entrepreneur for most of his adult life.
